Granulated Arenga Palm sugar is sweetener derived from sap of environmentally friendly palm trees. The sap is extracted from flower buds and it is boiled down to form a thick, unrefined mass. Once much of the water has been evaporated out, the thickened sap is cooled and stirred to allow crystals to form then the molasses is removed by centrifuge. Our palm sugar has high nutrition, it contains many minerals and vitamins that the body needs.
